“Très déçus”
It is located in the middle of the countryside, quiet. The only dinner served was good. The sewage smell and the mildew scent on the towels were unpleasant, and the faucets were wobbly. That sewage odor also came from the dining room. There is no ventilation to change the air, and opening the windows—without screens—lets in a swarm of flies. Breakfast consisted of a medium cup of coffee or tea, two slices of homemade cake, a full plate of tomato‑soaked bread, eggs and bacon. No pastries or regular bread, no jam, honey or butter. Far from the “fabulous” claims in the reviews. To have dinner you must specify it when booking, otherwise it’s impossible. Over three nights, only the second evening offered a meal. The photos are outdated and do not reflect the current state. The property does not match the description, the price seemed out of line with reality, so we cut our stay short by 24 hours.
