I was turned away because the hotel was still being renovated, and now I'm still waiting for a refund that the owner promised after they told me about the ongoing work. I feel like I've been scammed twice by the booking service.

The staff were lovely, but the bathroom was outside the bedroom and the room had no air conditioning, so it was very hot.
