Besides the amazing hotel, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional—from the welcoming gentlemen at the gate to the rest of the team. Special thanks to Federica, Vanessa, Alexandra, the concierge, and management. I can’t recall the name of the Moroccan lady working in the restaurant. The hotel is elegant, clean, and in a very good location, and the staff really made us feel very happy.

Good location, pleasant design. The staff were lazy, breakfast was sparse, and the pool was closed for repairs.

The design was nice, new and clean, and the Le Labo amenities were good. The pool (which was the main reason for our booking) was closed for unknown reasons. No spa. The staff were very friendly except for one receptionist who seemed almost stubbornly unaccommodating. It was overpriced for the location.

Modernly styled hotel, but the room didn't open until 3:30 pm even though staff repeatedly promised it was almost ready; the pool was shut for maintenance, which was a big let‑down since that was a key reason for booking; the staff's attitude was off-putting; the fridge in the room was broken and there was no spare toilet paper.
