The rooms are really high‑quality with great mattresses, sheets, and pillows. Super clean, the bathroom is great, lively, the bar, location, location, location, location. Nothing. Service was great, attention to detail, great location, the building, the room.

The spot is good, but the stay at Fairmont Pacific Rim was a let‑down, especially given the price and the hotel’s reputation. The room’s overall quality and condition were the main problem. Even though the hotel markets itself as a high‑end luxury property, the room didn’t feel luxurious at all. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets and bedding lacked the expected quality and freshness, and the carpets looked tired and worn. Many of the materials and finishes felt dated and in need of an update. The lobby and location might impress, but once you’re in the room the quality doesn’t justify the premium price. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, and this was one of the most disappointing in terms of room quality and comfort. For the amount we paid, I expected a lot more. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is super located, near the harbor and the city center. The hotel is modern and functionally furnished. The lobby is spacious and the bar is appealing. I would recommend the hotel for a stay of two to three nights. We didn’t use the pool.

The location is great, but parking costs and the fact that the basic sauna/spa isn’t free were a downside.
