One of the worst rooms in Ernakulam: at check‑in there was no staff at the counter, so I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to appear. The room and bathroom weren’t cleaned. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom or toilet, and the staff told me to wait 30 minutes. They also charged more than what was advertised.

Nothing was good nor up to the standards ,bed sheets were dirty and hairy. Dirty ,smells cigarettes ,Mosquitoes everywhere .Feels very unsafe for ladies

Otřesné! Po příjezdu na hotel nám bylo oznámeno, že je plný, ač jsme dopředu měli udělanou rezervaci! Museli jsme v noci v cizině hledat něco volného, což bylo značně komplikované! Absolutně nedoporučuji, s takovýmto jednáním jsem se ještě nesetkal!!
