“Very pleasant stay.”
The hotel and our room were very clean and presentable, and it was very quiet. The staff were friendly and fulfilled every request immediately. The only thing not mentioned on their website was that their bar was closed. Everything else was acceptable.
“Although the room was reasonably priced at approximately £60 per night, basic standards should still have been met. We w”
The room was standard and fine, but the shower head was broken when we arrived and the room was still handed over in that state. Around 9:15 p.m. several fire alarms rang; when we checked, staff said it was a false alarm being tested, but guests weren’t notified. A fire alarm is a serious safety issue and should never be treated casually; if it was a test, it should have been communicated clearly and promptly to everyone.
“Pleasant.”
The location was great, but the carpets and bedding looked very old.
“Satisfactory”
I like most of all that the hotel is very close to the bus stop. The sheets were not clean. The cleaning was really bad. Sorry, but no hoovering and no changing the linen for the whole 5 days
“Poor Wi-Fi, no waste bin, and a very weak toilet flush!”
I stayed in a single room there for 5 nights; every day, they did the room service and basic cleaning of the floor and toilets. The Wi-Fi was terrible; I could barely stay connected for more than two minutes, and after 10 p.m., there was virtually no internet at all. There was also no waste bin in the room, making it difficult to dispose of takeaway rubbish. The toilet flush was extremely weak and often required 3–4 attempts to work properly
