How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The location near the beach and the city center was great, and I especially liked the retro‑style pool 😊 The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and tasty, and the staff were very friendly. Nothing else to note.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, with everything you might need. The hotel looks very old‑fashioned, with worn furniture, faded floors and walls, and it wasn’t very clean. Cleaning only happens every two days, which isn’t the issue, but when they did it, not everything was cleaned, for example surfaces weren’t wiped.

The location, breakfast, staff, and pool were all great, but the bathroom left something to be desired.

Breakfast was okay. The sheets had stains, and empty bottles and other items were left on the hallway in front of the room all week.

“Solides Hotel mit tollem Pool.”

We especially liked the pool and thought the price‑performance ratio compared with other Borkum hotels was excellent, with breakfast that left nothing to be desired. Traveling with our small dog, I found the pet surcharge a bit steep, especially since we weren’t allowed in the restaurant and received no blanket, bowl or even a welcome treat, which other hotels usually provide.
