The spot was great, Saturday night live music and dinner were enjoyable, and breakfast was solid. The furniture looked old, the reception area was understaffed, and the housekeeping crew seemed exhausted.

The swimming pool was immaculately clean, though the chlorine level was high; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Nadine and Rabih. The buffet offered good, delicious Lebanese food, but the beverages were in a separate spot, which was a bit impractical for guests. Room service was very responsive and respectful, and there were various entertainment areas that would be perfect for families with children. The parking and security were not tightly managed, and the jacuzzi next to the indoor pool was non‑functional during our stay and needs refurbishment to look nice.
