The front‑desk lady was very helpful and friendly, especially with my son. The coffee in the room wasn’t great and there were no stir sticks.
The staff were incredibly helpful, fixing a credit card mistake and refunding more than 900 dollars in full; I recommend this Mooresville hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay, and they’re pet friendly with wonderful staff.

We loved the stay and the staff were incredible; we even adopted a sweet puppy from their foster dog program, and the hotel offered room visits and walks with the foster dog, making it an amazing experience—we’ll definitely return.

I had always wanted to stay at Aloft. I liked the room layout. Very spacious. I don’t know if it was this location but it was TOO MANY pets. The lobby area was very congested with the lounge area, pet our foster dog, very small and tight check-in area. There was a group, a kids football team that was running around in the hallway, fitness area, etc. It was a new staff member that saw it all and didn’t address it. I know you can’t control who books your hotel. This was a staycation for a little relaxation and unfortunately I may have booked the wrong hotel for this
