Atención personalizada del Administrador. Don Charles estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades y de resolver nuestros requerimientos. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la habitación tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, escogimos categoría superior que tenía vista al mar. Todo ok

The location was fine, but there was a lack of order and cleanliness. I had to change rooms because of mosquitoes, poor cleaning, and some towels had red stains (blood drops). They need to fumigate.

The breakfast should have included fresh fruit juice instead of boxed juice, and the cable was terrible so the TV signal was almost nonexistent.
