Very charming guesthouse, right in the old town centre, just a 5‑minute walk from all sights. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the breakfasts were tasty!

The hosts were friendly enough, the location was a bit hard to find but still right in the centre of Bukhara’s old town. The breakfast was fine—sometimes the hosts even handed it to me when I woke up late, which I appreciated. Water was available at a cost. It was the smallest single room I’ve had so far in Uzbekistan, and it was very dark. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable, not very clean, and the toilet flush didn’t always work well. Wi‑Fi was unstable and I had login issues on my device after using it. The decor and facilities felt a bit dated, and it really needs a kettle. The hosts kindly boiled water for me when I asked, but their old‑fashioned kettle took about 10 minutes to boil. There was a communal fridge I could use, but a kitchenette would have been nice. If you’re looking to meet other travellers, this isn’t the place—look elsewhere.
