The location and parking are great, but the room was cold and the heater wasn’t working.

I could walk to everything I wanted, and the room was spacious, but homeless drug users were outside our balcony the whole time. The room could use a facelift—it feels very dated.

The place was clean and comfortable, but checking in was difficult and I ended up canceling my reservation.

Everything was accommodating.

The only good thing about this property is the proximity to downtown and the friendliness of the staff. The property is extremely rundown, room was not especially clean, everything looks worn and old… Like it was furnished from thrift store
