I didn’t get to sleep because there was a fire at night, we were evacuated by the alarm, had no contact with the staff in pajamas outside, no information, and five fire trucks…

The staff were great and accommodating. The hot breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. We were booked for four nights but left after one; they kindly charged us only for the one night without any hassle, and the staff was awesome. The downside was that there was a pawn shop next to Tru, the room felt bare with no carpet, and the furniture was a mish‑mash of styles, not up to our standards.

Everything about the stay was perfect: the room was nice and cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, we had an excellent stay and will definitely book again.
