The staff behaved worst, and everything else was nonsense.
There is no such property.
We arrived at the location, only to find the hotel closed for more than a month.
“Bad”
They claimed we had no confirmed booking even though we had a booking number from bookings.com, and when we pointed that out they had no logical answer; every call went straight to customer service and we had to repeat the issue over and over again.
