The location was ideal for us because it’s near the university yet not in the middle of it.
The facility was mostly clean and the location wasn’t bad; the staff were friendly, but the refrigerator in our room didn’t work and the air conditioner made a terrible noise the whole time, which made it slightly uncomfortable, and the room was quite small.
“Very friendly and willing to ensure our stay met our expectations.”
Checking in with Curtis went smoothly.
“It's expensive for what you get, but it's very close to Miami University.”
Breakfast and the location were excellent and most of the staff were helpful, but the room hadn’t been properly prepared for our stay: the refrigerator needed servicing, surfaces required cleaning (we had to bring a bottle of cleaner and a rag from the desk and clean ourselves), and the bathroom needed a new roll of tissue and body wash. The facility was worn and dated, and there were no stairs to the upper floor, which we would have preferred.
“Comfy but extremely dated”
It was conveniently located, but extremely dated…brown, 1970’s style.
