I loved the all-inclusive package here - from arrival to departure, they took care of everything. They even organized extra stuff I needed and tailored excursions just for me. Having a personal guide from the start was amazing. And being right in the jungle was a dream come true.

I enjoyed being surrounded by nature and the food was great, but it's super pricey to stay here. On the downside, the cabins didn't have fans and there was no internet - which wasn't a huge deal, but it would've been nice to know ahead of time. The activities were delayed and some of them were ridiculously expensive. The communication was also pretty bad and it's just really hard to get around from here - I had to pay a lot for boat rides.

I loved staying in the middle of the jungle - the location was amazing. The organization was top-notch, from pickup to excursions to meals. I also appreciated the sustainable approach to protecting the reserve. Overall, it was a great experience with no downsides.

Everything was really good! The breakfasts got a bit repetitive, but no big deal. I know the hotel had some recent flooding issues, which explained why some areas looked a bit worn out - but the rooms were okay, mine was fine, but my parents' room was a bit worn out.

The jungle location was amazing, with all the comforts like hot water. The wildlife was incredible - I saw monkeys, snakes, and birds. The food was simple but good. One thing that was missing was some extra effort from the staff, since our guide didn't live at the lodge, maybe something like a night walk.
