The Gate

“Cool design, easy check in, comfortable and efficient - we loved it!”

The property was well designed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was efficient and well equipped, the seating area and bedroom were very well cleaned and the bathroom was very good quality. We also loved the location, just a 15 minute stroll into town, with great architecture to admire en route. We were especially grateful for the arrival refreshments package which hit the spot precisely. Nothing, it was perfect

The place was so neat and comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped. We stayed in one of the bungalows. The location was great as well. Just a minute or 2 out of the main hub of skaneateles but in a location that was so calm and quiet. I would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to skaneateles. The bathroom was a little small with a tiny sink but still was acceptable and very clean

“Very relaxing and enjoyable.”

The proximity to town and the lake was great. Although I expected a bigger refrigerator I made do fine. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. I had to buy ice

“Would recommend steering clear.”

location. If you're looking for a musty smelling old motel turned arbnb, with an exterior light shining in your bed through the window all night, a huge dead tree outside the door and plastic "bushes", this is your place. It's frankly, shameless to charge anything, much less this fee, to stay at a place of this caliber; sailing on the coattails of the Skaneateles location is a poor excuse. I've never written a poor review btw
