The amenities were solid, check‑in was smooth, and all rooms were on the ground floor, which was handy. The restaurant served great food, and there were plenty of parking spots. The pool was fantastic and they offered other sports like badminton. The Wi‑Fi was weak, and there was a safety locker in the room that I couldn’t use. I kept getting random WhatsApp messages asking me to click a link to confirm my trip, even though it was already confirmed with the hotel. Those messages came from a management company unrelated to the resort, looked like a scam, and I reported it. When we checked in, the reception admitted they sent those messages, which upset me. The place is far from Vrindavan, and many autorickshaws refused to take us there from town.
