“Très décevant.”

I found two huge cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night, which freaks me out. I reported it to the owner, who didn’t reply for 48 hours. I then had to contact the booking customer service to get a response. I think that’s disrespectful, especially since I was polite in my message and didn’t ask for compensation. It ruined the vacation. The room also had a strong damp smell even though the window was open all day, and it’s about a twenty‑minute walk to the city center.

“Einfach und gut”

I was delayed by fog and arrived three days later, but the owners were very accommodating and all communication went through WhatsApp, which worked fine. The big perk of this simple place is how close it is to the airport. The address was confusing, so I ended up wandering around the neighborhood a few times.
