I was in the heart of the town and the first‑floor restaurant even lets you dine with your dog. The staff, however, seemed uninterested – almost nobody greeted us, everyone was busy with their own tasks, and a simple smile would have gone a long way.

“Úžasný pobyt”

The room was cozy and spotless, the staff were friendly, the food tasted good, and there was always enough. We were pleasantly surprised by the newly built wellness area – no swimming pool, but a hot tub, two saunas, massage showers, and a lounge with loungers both inside and outside fully met our relaxation needs. We’ll definitely return. The only downside was a stray cat roaming the corridors.

The building looks nice from the outside, but it’s relatively noisy and the restaurant and breakfast were disappointing.

“Macht weiter so!”

The hotel is truly great! We spent a lovely week there and liked everything – the beds are super comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. For us, the hotel clearly earned three stars; if the rooms were cleaned a bit more thoroughly, it could almost be a four‑star place. Still, we’ll come back. A genuinely nice hotel! The rooms weren’t always as clean as one would expect, and if the cleaning were a bit more thorough and consistent, the hotel would have earned almost four stars in our view.

The staff were courteous. The room was clean, spacious, and pleasant. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and breakfast is basic.
