It was super cheap. Unfortunately it smelled a little.

The hostel is run by a lady who puts her heart into it and you can feel it in every tiny detail. Some things need renewing, but overall it’s fine.

I loved everything!! Especially that it was a peaceful place, mostly just girls. The girls at the reception were nice and they have a cute cat called Fatty! You can book the ferry tickets and trips in the hostel too. Even though there is no breakfast there are snacks, coffee and tea. The AC was good too. I'm really happy that I stayed in this hostel, it was such a beautiful stay!!

I was handed a private room after a booking slip for the dorm, a nice gesture given my trip involved two flights, a minivan, and a ferry to Koh Lanta. The front desk lady was very friendly, and I even got to meet the resident cat. The room was immaculate, stocked with the usual hotel comforts like complimentary water, a kettle for tea or coffee, and a fridge, plus a controllable AirCon. A Big-C convenience store was literally across the street, and bars and restaurants were within walking distance. Phra Ae Beach was easy to reach on foot, and the hostel offered scooters and bicycles for hire, as well as tour bookings. The vibe is relaxed, so expect no parties or crowds. The only downside is the main road next to the hostel; traffic noise is noticeable because the walls aren’t sound‑proof, so if you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs would help.

The hostel was comfy, the bed was comfortable, and I could rent a scooter at a good price and book excursions and ferry tickets. The nearby restaurants were nice. However, when I arrived the bathroom and toilet were dirty and they weren’t cleaned before I left after four nights.
