The location is wonderful with a stunning view, the apartment is well equipped with a kitchen and very spacious bedrooms, and access and parking are easy. Da Gianna’s restaurant served great food and wine, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

L'agriturismo si trova in un ridente e tranquillo altipiano, proprio sopra il lago Trasimeno; abbiamo amato la pace e la bellezza della struttura e la gentile accoglienza della sig.ra Gianna, anche ottima cuoca del ristorante. l'unica cosa che ha stonato è la modalità di addebito del riscaldamento. Semplicemente perché, prima di attivare il servizio, non ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto gestirlo noi e che avremmo pagato separatamente i m3 utilizzati e ad un prezzo ben più alto del gas della rete nazionale!

The apartment is great, the pool is huge and superb, and it was truly relaxing to lie by the pool and enjoy the vacation. The location is very nice and quiet, with a great view of the distant hills. Shops, a restaurant, a post office, and a vet are all nearby in one of the two adjacent villages and reachable on foot in just a few minutes. The Wi‑Fi is quite poor and at times there was no reception.

It was wonderful! We got everything we wanted: hills, fresh air, nature, a great pool, and tasty food at the downstairs restaurant. The roads are very winding, which was scary at first, but we got used to them. When we were there it was very hot, yet it didn’t feel that way. The place isn’t far from interesting spots in Italy such as Perugia, San Marino, Florence, etc.
