I showed up a few hours early to ask if an early check‑in was possible, and the staff were friendly and accommodated us. The room was nice, clean, and I slept well. It was close to loud traffic, but the room was quiet enough that I didn’t notice it while sleeping.

The bed was comfortable. The carpet was sticky, the staff were rude, there were nasty ants in the bathroom during breakfast, and the hot tub was neither hot nor did the jets work.

The location was convenient, but the curtains were moldy with mildew, the base around the toilet was absolutely disgusting and black, and the shower had a lot of mildew, although the shower curtain itself was pristine. I know they don’t give you the best rooms when traveling with a pet, but this room smelled like mold and like an old smoking room. The cigarette smell was so bad that we had to leave the window open for several hours.
