“It is okay but there are much better opinions”

I appreciated the larger room, the smart TV, and the pool right outside the unit; the staff were helpful and did their best with limited resources. I’m trying to give constructive feedback rather than just complain. We stayed three days and the property has a lot of potential, but the biggest problem was the ant infestation—ants were everywhere, inside the room, around the pool, and in the outdoor dining area, even crawling on our clothes, so the staff told us to eat in the main dining area. Having lived in the Philippines for nine years, this was far beyond what I’d consider normal and needs professional treatment. Breakfast was consistently cold, including eggs, bacon, pancakes, and bread, which could be improved. The sliding doors in the bedroom and living area wouldn’t lock properly; staff knew about it, so it’s a security concern that needs fixing. The bathroom’s window design let someone outside see in, and the shower water was only mildly warm despite a water heater. A small refrigerator in the room would be great, especially in the heat. The room and property could use a more thorough cleaning and refresh; some areas and towels looked dated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I think the property could be excellent if these issues are addressed. I hope management takes this feedback constructively because I’d love to see the property reach its full potential.

“lovely villa and enjoy our stay here”

The room was very spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, the environment was clean and cozy, and the price was reasonable. The little lane leading to the hotel was hard to walk after the rain.

The cleaning, pool, and service were good. The sofa‑beds were quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

“Disappointing”

The idea of rooms with direct access to the pool. everything else. reality is totally different from the images shown . there were bed bugs, my husband had enough bites on his hand from one night. We booked with breakfast, but seems at the reception they received our booking without breakfast, after showing them proof of our booking, they delivered breakfast, which sadly was not great! We had booked for 4 nights, but our experience was so bad so we decided to check-out after the first night
