The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, courteous, and incredibly attentive. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, we dined at the restaurant and ate very well, the catering staff were precise and careful, we used the laundry service and it was excellent. Keep up the good work, you’re wonderful. Nothing to report.

The pool and poolside service were excellent, fast and clean, and the location was good. The windows were dirty, very dirty, and the supplies were not restocked. After two days the hair conditioner ran out, the cleaning staff cleaned but didn’t refill it until I asked; later the shampoo ran out and the same happened after cleaning. I’ve never seen that before, it upset me a lot and that’s the only reason I don’t want to return.

The location is good and the mattress is good. The hotel façade is under renovation, which I wasn’t told about until after booking. There is noise all day outside. Wi‑Fi didn’t work for the first two days. The room was tired and outdated, with worn and damaged furnishings. A staff member promised a discount, but I had to fight for it the next day. It’s expensive for what’s offered. The Radisson experience here is very different from what I’m used to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is great! We’re currently staying here and I want to share our impressions. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised—service here is truly very high level! ❤️ Stunning pool, excellent and comfortable rooms, very tasty and varied breakfasts. I especially want to mention the reception staff—both guys and girls do a great job: always polite, attentive, and ready to help. Before the trip I read reviews on Booking and, honestly, I was a bit worried because there were complaints. I wondered if we might not like something. But in reality it turned out very different—we’re all very satisfied! 😍 Yes, the hotel is currently renovating the façade, but personally that doesn’t disturb our stay at all. We feel no discomfort. So I want to tell everyone choosing this hotel: don’t pay too much attention to negative reviews. The main thing is to go with a good mood, and the hotel is really good! We’re guests from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 and gladly recommend this hotel for a stay. ❤️ Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service and hospitality! We’ll definitely recommend you to friends and acquaintances. 🌴☀️ I’ll gladly return here❤️
