The banya and horse riding were super good. Communication was lacking and there was drama at the beginning after they fixed the issues; the first night’s arrival was terrible and dramatic, and the next day they tried to fix it.

When I arrived, the sauna was already booked, so I couldn’t use all the facilities, but the views were stunning and the staff were pleasant.

The restaurant cooks well, the surrounding area is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The road to the hotel is unpaved with steep climbs, which adds to the experience whether driving or walking. Along the way you can see the Blue Waterfall and climb the “sky” rope bridge between the cliffs. In the bathroom, the faucet is dirty and the shower drain is clogged.

The rooms were fantastic — very cozy and authentic in style, which made the stay feel special and unique. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms also have a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and sink, which is very convenient. The heated floors were a great touch and made the room extra comfortable. The location in the mountains is beautiful and relatively close to Chunkurchak and Ala Archa, which makes it a good base for skiing or exploring the area. The breakfasts were very good and quite diverse, and the dinners were also delicious. We especially loved the banya and the hot outdoor tubs — they were amazing and something I would definitely recommend to everyone

The property itself is very beautiful and has everything you need. The location is not very convenient; everything is far from the hotel, it’s hard to climb, and not all taxis go up the mountain.
