The staff were friendly, and everything else was fine.

Parking was ample and we could come and go whenever we wanted, and there were some fine draught pale ales, but we didn't like that we couldn't eat when we arrived; apparently we should have booked in to eat even though the kitchen was open and food was being served. We had a 2‑hour motorway journey after work and were hungry. £20 per head seems the average price to eat in Ingleton; I ate in an alternative hotel in the town, but I was sorry I didn't spend the £20 note, it would have had more flavour. I included a photo of my dodgy pulled brisket bao bun with noodles, which was not sourced at the Masons. The only place we found to eat where we didn't feel cheated was Seasons Bakery, which offered a lovely full English breakfast at the right price and some wonderful cakes and breads.

The location was great and the pub was nice; the food was good and the staff were very friendly, but the bedroom was very noisy because of downstairs activity, and it got even worse when a karaoke session started at 11:45pm and didn't finish until 2:00am, so we couldn't sleep at all until after 2:00am.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was also excellent, and I would recommend the bad boy burger; nothing was missing.
