How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient and the room stayed clean overall, plus getting in was a breeze. I was disappointed that the yogurt machine at the breakfast bar broke down—yogurt was a big part of my morning plans—and the public restroom was filthy.

I needed a place to rest for a few hours while spending the whole day on CWRU campus, and this spot fit the bill perfectly. The area is great, the rooms are spotless, and the staff are clearly seasoned professionals.

Everything was spotless, and the staff were simply the best—if they ever change the team, I won’t return. The beds were a delight and the linens were spotless, though there was no microwave in the room.

The facility was very clean. There was a variety of eating establishments in the vicinity. Most of all, each team member was friendly and helpful. Kudos to Toni and Pinkie, the front desk staff, who were so accommodating . I was there with my 96 year old mom, and they made our stay very pleasant. Thank you. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker and microwave in the room . It would have been more like home if I didn't have to get dressed to go to the lobby fir these conveniences
