The location was good, but the bed felt like a ball. We were 7 minutes late for breakfast and were denied in a very firm manner, even though we had flown 12 hours from Beijing and then another 2 hours from San Francisco, so we were exhausted. We could have been offered something more substantial for breakfast, especially since it wasn’t restaurant‑style. The towels were damp.

“Overall I enjoyed my stay due to price, view, and location of the hotel.”

The scenery was beautiful and a great location. Ice machine downstairs was a plus. The bed was very used and wasn't very comfortable. The stairs to go up to the 2nd floor were very loud trying to bring luggage up and down. The hotel door was really hard to shut and always made a loud noise. One of the downstairs tenants was very rude when I bringing my suitcases down the stairs. He decided it was okay to open his door fully nude and start yelling at me for being too loud when there was no other choice to bring my luggage a certain way. The fact that he thought it was okay to be fully nude with his door wide open yelling at people was not okay at all. What if I had a child with me? Hopefully this was a one off thing but if you're gonna bring luggage make sure you carry it up and down

“If all you need is a place to lay your head - this place will fit the bill”

I got good value for the price. The place was quiet from Monday to Thursday and conveniently located for what we wanted to do. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room felt spartan and lacked color or warmth; there was nothing on the walls. The property has clearly settled over the years, and the floor slopes downhill toward the bathroom door. The building is too small to offer breakfast, but you did try; adding hard‑boiled eggs would improve the selection.

“Location was very good , room was comfortable and very clean. Front desk personnel could be more helpful and friendly”

The location was great, not too far from the pier and Cannery Road. The front desk staff were not very friendly, and the breakfast wasn’t the best.
