The pool and the bed were comfortable, but the room wasn’t fully cleaned, the dishes were dirty at breakfast, and there was no Wi‑Fi in the annex.

The outdoor area and the pool were nice, but the confirmed room in the main building was suddenly moved to a room in the annex without explanation.

The property is very beautiful inside a gorgeous park, the staff are always friendly and professional, and both breakfast and dinner are good, rich, and varied.

Almost everything was fine, but the breakfast tables were dirty, the tablecloth never changed, they isolated us in a corner near the kitchens where people shouted and fought, and the rooms we booked on Booking were not given; instead we received different rooms.
