“Quiet, rural, comfy.”
The place was well equipped, with clear entry instructions and a very comfortable, large space; however, the checkout instructions arrived the night before, so we had already left when we received them.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

It was a bit off the beaten path, quiet, and felt secure; the kitchen was well equipped for home meals; the hosts were nearby but unobtrusive and answered questions promptly; the only downside was the back porch Wi‑Fi camera, which made us feel watched at times, but I understand that’s part of the security cost.

The apartment was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks we could take. Everything needed for a relaxed stay was present. The owners answered our single question quickly and made sure we were ready for the freezing morning we woke to. They let us check out a bit later, so we could wake up and get ready without rushing. The outdoor space was fenced and smaller than expected, and there wasn’t much to do on the property. The listing didn’t say the owners’ house was just a few feet from the unit; we never saw them but did see cars come and go, which took away the privacy in nature we wanted. The cleaning fee was higher than the daily rate, which was a turn‑off while we were staying during the lower‑cost off‑season.
