I couldn’t stay because of health reasons, so I can’t really judge the place. What I can say is that the cancellation was hassle‑free, which I found very positive.

After failing to find a free room in Berlin for a trade fair, we came to this hotel; its location is still great for Berlin, and the train gets you right into the city. The station is about a 10‑minute walk. Everything was flawless, and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was excellent and the all‑day free coffee was a nice perk. The room was clean and pleasant. The hotel is okay, but for the €300 a night I paid, I expected staff to look a bit more pleasant and not seem annoyed by my presence. The AI‑generated images in the WhatsApp messages they keep sending are quite annoying to look at. I was given an accessible room, which makes me wonder if it’s truly accessible or just meeting legal guidelines—especially curious about how a wheelchair user is supposed to open the foot‑operated bin.
