“Never using booking.com again; unbelievably frustrated and dissapointed.”

They overbooked us and locked us in the main lobby. Other guests complained while we were stuck, which actually made the mood worse. The check‑in desk was empty before closing, and the woman on the phone was snide, rude, and unhelpful. She couldn’t explain that the room was overbooked and got frustrated when we kept asking why there was no availability despite our reservation. When they promised a refund and an alternative stay by , they suggested hotels in other states after hours of waiting. The service was absolutely deplorable from both sides, and the studio 6 was a mess. We ended up paying several hundred dollars to find a place that far exceeded the refund. It took hours into the night to find another hotel after that whole fiasco. Avoid this service.

Getting here was a breeze, and the front desk guy was genuinely friendly. The fridge, however, stopped working, causing our baby's milk to spoil overnight and leaving a strange odor in the unit. The bed sheets were dirty, so I had to return to reception for fresh ones. When we first entered the room, the door was ajar and held open by the latch, making us wonder if someone else was already inside. We’ve stayed here in the past year and liked the last room we had, which is why we chose to come back, but this visit left us disappointed.

“We did not end up staying here. We got a refund and stayed somewhere else.”

The location was convenient, but the place was filthy—abandoned cars lined the parking lot, marijuana smoke lingered, and the room felt unclean. We didn’t feel safe.
