The hotel is close to the center and the staff are very kind and attentive to room cleaning; everything else is excellent, but the windows have rubber seals that block light—if they trimmed the top a bit, natural light would come in and the room lights wouldn’t need to stay on all the time, then it would be perfect.

I was told my reservation was honored, but when I arrived the hotel was full, apparently because I am a trans woman. The front‑desk lady said it was a family hotel and refused to let me rent a room.
