The staff were warm and welcoming, the view from the room was stunning, breakfasts overlooking the sea were superb, the beach entry was excellent, and the coral reef scenery was unforgettable—truly the best memories I’ll keep forever.
The hotel sits right on the waterfront in a prime spot, and from the balcony you can see the sea, making it wonderful to sit, have breakfast and soak up the view; the rooms are fairly clean, simple, and were recently renovated, so I’d gladly return. However, street and courtyard noises from movies are quite audible, and because balconies are adjacent, any neighbor’s smoking drifts into the room; occasionally there was a brief sewage smell from the bathroom, but it cleared quickly.
I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's excellent location, just a short walk from the city center and directly overlooking the sea. The breakfast was also top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room, particularly the fact that the bed was never made daily, which was a first for me in any hotel I've stayed at.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my solo travelling experience was a success
“A good stay in Dahab with some tiny issues but a kind personnel!”
The spot right beside the beach at Eel Gardens offers a nice water entrance that makes for interesting snorkeling and freediving, and everything from Assala to Mashraba Bay is within a comfortable walking distance. The owners and crew are very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was tasty and healthy while the crew always wore a smile. Unfortunately, the building sits next to a defective sewage pipe that surfaced during my stay; one night I woke up to the smell of ammonia even though the door and windows were closed, and while it isn’t the hotel’s fault it did affect my experience. In addition, every evening a TV blasted very loudly, so I could hear every word when I tried to relax.
