Thousand Cranes Sanya Curio by Hilton

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very comfortable with huge balconies offering beautiful views. The breakfasts were good, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always willing to lend a hand. I particularly appreciated Daniel, who spoke Russian and went out of his way to assist me when my card payment didn't go through.

“Не восторг”

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Sanya. The hotel had a good selection of recreational facilities, including a tennis court, billiards, and table tennis. I also appreciated the good massage and acupuncture services. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of dishes, including omelets, fruits, and vegetables, which were a welcome sight for a Russian like me.

“Not what we expected according to the page”

Unfortunately, our stay at this resort fell short of our expectations. While the breakfast choice was good and the staff were helpful and accommodating, we were disappointed to find that several advertised facilities were not available or even open. The presence of unsupervised children at the buffet was also a concern, and the noise from a children's event ruined our relaxation experience.
