How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I really enjoyed my stay; the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and the overall service was very high‑standard. The environment was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I found nothing that I disliked; everything met my expectations.

The palace was great, but there was a bit of load shedding.

The location was the best and the staff were caring.

On the night of 11th September at midnight, a shutdown happened that left the air conditioning and lighting off for about one (1) hour, making the room less comfortable and harder to use. The water pressure was low, so the tap ran slowly, and the water heater didn’t work, so there was no hot water for the shower.

The location is convenient, but there’s no electricity backup and during load shedding they simply told us we didn’t have one, so you have to wait. The rooms have wall seepage problems and a bad smell.
