How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was spot‑on, the hotel felt very clean and new, staff were friendly, and the rooftop view was stunning. On the downside, staff could have told me to keep my room key before leaving the garage at checkout; I had to call the helpline just to exit the parking area.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and pleasant, and a gentleman at the front desk upgraded us, which was great. There was nothing else to mention.

The staff were extremely courteous and assisted me with everything I asked for, and the hotel’s location is superb, right by museums, restaurants and bars, with a spacious, modern and clean room. I just wish I could have stayed longer 😄
