I had no positives to mention. There was nothing to report.
“Scammed”
Nothing, they scammed us. We went to the "hotel" and they told us there is no hotel there anymore but we didn't receive any emails with that information, we paid before that via Booking. The entrance was thru the supermarket and the staff there was really rude. We saw outside of the building that there is actually rooms and we reach them by the stairs behind the supermarket. I asked why they lied to us that there is no hotel anymore when there are rooms upstairs and we saw people there as well, and they told us that those are rooms for rents and our payment does not count and we have to leave. They didn't refund our money and I contact Booking directly. They scammed us. I had no positives to mention. The hotel had been gone since Christmas and nobody cancelled the reservation. We arrived only to find that it didn’t exist.
