“Fabulous B & B with a warm welcome.”
Karen and Humphrey welcomed us warmly into her cozy home, served a great breakfast, and created a genuinely happy atmosphere. Nothing to add.

A traditional French B&B in a small market town near a château. Karen is friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome, and she cooked an evening meal because restaurants are closed on some days. The outdoor pool is only open in July and August.

Karen was a lovely host and prepared a delicious dinner when we arrived late on a Monday night. The location was perfect for a break on our long journey from the UK to Portugal, and it’s a delightful spot that I’d like to stay at longer next time. Nothing to add.

The housekeeper is very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome; nothing was left to chance. We especially enjoyed the inn‑style dining.

The room offers a view of the garden, and the breakfast was particularly generous. The British lady’s welcome was good despite the language barrier. The high window faces a hallway, is not opaque, and can be disturbing when others return late and turn on the lights.
