The owner seemed indifferent to problems and showed no interest in helping. My room was so cold I had to stay in bed, and I paid over $500 for a week—unbelievable.

The location was convenient and the room was a good size. Customer support responded when I reached out, and eventually the bathroom was cleaned after I reported the issue. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major problem: the shared bathroom was often very dirty, with hair on the floor, and I had to request proper cleaning. The bedroom was dusty and had a stale smell. We also saw someone rummaging through the rubbish in the garden, which made us feel uneasy. When we decided to extend our stay while searching for a house, we had to make a new booking and move all our belongings to another room. It would have been much easier to stay in the same room and assign the new one to other guests. Finally, many guests were very noisy at night and did not respect the quiet hours, making it hard to sleep.
