Everything was fine, but the air‑con wasn’t working properly and I felt cold.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, but the kitchen smoke or smell can reach the rooms in the morning when breakfast is being prepared; this should be addressed by installing a ventilator or extractor fan in the kitchen.

Parking is generous and the staff are friendly; the location is close to the mall and other eateries, and the executive suite is very comfortable with a bath and shower—ideal if you’re visiting St Andrew’s School. However, the air‑con wasn’t activated when the room was ready, so we had to ask for it; the toilet kept running after flushing and the door didn’t lock or unlock smoothly.

The décor is aesthetic, yet there’s no sound‑proofing between rooms so conversations from the next room can be heard, flushing toilets and showers disturb sleep, and the lighting is too dim in both the room and the bathroom.

Everything was nice. Centlec had electricity issues and they did not have a generator or back up
