I was impressed by everything – the historic building is beautiful and the hotel runs smoothly compared to other places in Chania, especially for late arrivals. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner, just cheap liquid soap in a basic dispenser, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.

The staff were the most helpful I’ve ever encountered, assisting with car rental, parking, and more, and their responses were swift. The breakfast was the best we had during our nine‑day Greek trip; the limited selection still felt carefully chosen and prepared with high quality. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is a short walk from the parking area near the old town, close to the sea and restaurants yet quiet. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which was a surprise when I had heavy trolley luggage, though it was manageable; I suspect other hotels in the old town face the same issue.

Wow! What a stunning place. The location was amazing, and everyone we met at the hotel was welcoming and friendly. The room was unique and comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Zero complaints.
