It's terrible, when we complained about the dirtiness, they kicked us out of the apartment and didn't even refund our money, the owner threatened us with the police. The bathroom was the only worthwhile part of the room—it was clean and spacious relative to the room itself. The room was uncomfortable, cramped, and hard to move around without jumping over the bed. The mattress was a flat 1.50 m and not comfortable. We stayed five days and the room was never cleaned. A 40 € cleaning surcharge was advertised, yet we were told towels weren’t included and the sheets and blankets weren’t changed. The nightly rate was 100 €, comparable to a three‑star hotel, and the hotel was 50 minutes walking from Rome’s center, though the info claimed 2.6 km. I would not recommend it at that price and would not return.
