“I cancelled my booking.”

I ended up cancelling my reservation after the staff sprayed a strong, unpleasant liquid from a local air‑freshener bottle right in front of us and all the way into the room, which left a weird smell. They first showed us a room that was too small and stank, then another that was in the same condition, so I cancelled at reception. The staff’s attitude was rude; they didn’t offer any alternative or explain that they were still cleaning, instead bluntly saying “en ki booking cancel kro.” The property should deliver what it advertises—people pay for quality.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Shalimar Hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The customer service was outstanding, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you stay here, Insha'Allah, you'll have a comfortable and enjoyable experience and truly enjoy your time. Very thing good
