“Great stay, thanks”
Spotlessly clean with excellent staff, plus plenty of coffee in the room, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast stole the show of our stay, especially after we’d come for the Art & Air Show and booked a Friday night room. We were skeptical about the “continental breakfast” on Saturday morning, but were blown away by the spread: two egg options, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, homemade biscuits and gravy, and more. The highlight was the homemade blueberry and apple crisp from kitchen manager Kimmy, who was enthusiastic about her work and engaged well with guests. The mattress on the hide‑a‑bed was a bit pokey with flat springs, but that’s probably the norm (LOL).

The location was ideal because I had an event at the fairgrounds and could walk there. The room was mostly quiet. The TV and remote weren’t synced – I could only change channels, not turn the TV on/off or adjust volume. The front desk clerk promised to arrange a fix for the following day (I stayed Friday to Sunday) and said it would be resolved on Saturday so I could relax after my event that night, but it wasn’t fixed and I couldn’t locate the clerk or any staff on Saturday. The shower head wasn’t fully tightened, so part of it fell off during my shower and was very dirty inside. The faucet in the bathroom sink leaked when I turned it on full power. I’m fine with a small store instead of a vending machine, but when no one is at the front desk to buy anything, it’s useless.
