We travel a lot, and we really love this hotel.

“Legközelebb is itt szállnék meg, ha Balatongyörök lenne az úticél.”

The area is full of trees, shaded, pleasant, and close to both the beach and the train station (not disruptive). The panoramic terrace is nice and you can see the Balaton, though the street view is incomplete. The reception was friendly, the bar had a decent selection, and there was a clothes dryer in the room. Breakfast lacked lactose‑free options (cheese, yogurt), but I managed without them. On request I did get almond milk/lactose‑free milk for breakfast. Dinner soups contained milk, but I was given a lactose‑free Jókai bean soup on request. :)

The environment is pleasant and quiet. The checkout at 10:00 was a bit early.

We felt very comfortable! The room was clean, had air conditioning, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind. The food portions were generous. The beach and train station are just a few minutes' walk away. The neighbor smoked on the balcony despite the no‑smoking sign, and smoke drifted into our room through the open balcony door.

“Minősègre gyenge fèlpanziòs ellátás.”

The wellness area is good. Breakfast was comparable to dinner, and dinner felt like a cafeteria from the seventies. Breakfast was disappointing, with bland, tasteless cold cuts and sausage that I hadn’t seen elsewhere. The towel rack in the shower room had been long overdue for a replacement.
