The bedroom and shower rooms are spacious, and the nice terrace, garden, and outdoor areas gave my kids plenty of room to run around. The breakfast area is great, and the hosts enjoy a beautiful seaside view. We didn’t use the pool, but it’s a type that posed no risk for kids. Getting to the beach is easy by car (walking unsure), and we went to Le Morgie beach nearby. The only slight improvement needed is the variety of breakfast options; as an Italian I expected sweet pastries, but many international guests, like my family, would have liked a bit of a savory choice.

Luigi is a fantastic host: always present and helpful, but never intrusive. The room is immaculate and the location is ideal for those seeking total relaxation, with a truly breathtaking view. Breakfast is a real treat, enriched with excellent homemade pastries. Highly recommended!

A wonderful spot for genuine relaxation. The property sits on a little hill with a stunning view. Strategically located midway along the Trabocchi bike path, and just under a kilometer away is Lido de Le Morge with sandy beach. Luigi, the owner, is a very friendly person who provides a lot of information about the area and local facilities.

Warm welcome and the owner’s availability. A bit of a sign is missing along the road; perhaps an indicator would help.
