“Zimmer hervorragend, Restaurant unhöflich”
The room was excellent, but the front‑desk staff made me wait 30 minutes to locate my booking and seemed overwhelmed by the task.
Everything was perfect: the room was exceptional, very clean, the bed comfortable and modern. The restaurant was beautiful and the food delicious. Nothing else to add.
The location is good, the service is adequate, and the breakfast is sufficient.
