“Dirty flat and no hot water :/”

The bed was comfortable and everything matched the description; the location was great, right next to the central station with a metro station in front. Unfortunately the apartment was filthy: hair on the floor, dirty toilet, and we had trouble with the lock—no key was provided. It didn’t look as cozy as the photos promised and lacked personality. Customer service wasn’t very attentive. There was no hot water. We were supposed to stay four nights but only stayed one and asked for a refund because of the cleaning issue and lack of hot water. The refund process went smoothly.

“Good location”

The apartment sits in a great spot and feels very cozy, yet the bathtub was clogged and despite notifying the manager, nobody ever came to fix it.

The place is close to the train station and only 10 m from the metro stop, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, spacious rooms, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

The room was roomy, the apartment was snug, and the bed was very comfortable; checking in was a breeze and the location next to the train station is convenient, but the noise from the tram line—just 5 m from the windows—was a real nuisance, and the building’s busy corridor meant you could hear people walking everywhere; on top of that, there was no kettle or glasses in the apartment.
